cocoa - NSSlider labels -

all,

i couldn't find in cocoa documentation making labels nsslider values. functionality not exist or missing something?

if not exist how place labels vertically placed nsslider control ticks placed on left side of control?

normally slider linked text field indicates current numerical value. have position labels best can.
