visual studio - Which Fonts and Colors Option(s) Controls the Appearance of Tool Tips in the Code Window? -

i upgraded visual studio 2015. tool tips used boring (and readable) black text on white background. now, colors apply tokens in code window apparently apply here, too. i've been through list of choices half dozen times , can't figure out 1 controls background of popup window, illustrated below. settings should at? , suppose, follow-up question "what call popup window?", suspect knowing name have answered question.
